The Porter
Hayden Bodily Injury Trust was organized
to process, liquidate, and pay all valid asbestos personal injury
claims for which Porter Hayden Company has legal responsibility. The Trust was created in 2007
as a result of the confirmation of the Porter Hayden Company Chapter 11 Joint Plan of Reorganization (the "Plan"). The purpose of
the Trust is to provide fair, equitable and substantially similar
treatment for all
Asbestos Bodily Injury Claims that may presently exist or may
arise in the future in substantially the same manner.
